At Elegnc Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following situations:
- Product received is damaged.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Manufacturing defect is found.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- In its original packaging
- With all tags, certificates, and invoices
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The ordered item cannot be replaced.
- The product is unavailable after order confirmation.
- A refund request is approved after inspection.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Used or damaged items caused by customers
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
